Our Policies
Our Prices
We work hard to price our products fairly. For that reason, we do not negotiate prices. However, if an error has occurred, please inform a staff member, and we will work to address the issue fairly.

Refunds & Exchanges
Unless otherwise stated (appliances with warranties), all items are sold as-is and cannot be returned for refund or exchange.

Warranties
Items with warranty sheets may be returned within 30 days of purchase if an electrical failure occurs. The receipt should be presented at the front desk. Refunds will be provided to the original payment method.

​Unpaid Hold
We hold items for a maximum of 2 hours without payment.
​
Sold Items
Sold items will be held for 2 business days. If there is no contact from the buyer after 2 days, the item will be returned to the sales floor, and the buyer will be provided with store credit that must be used within 30 days of receipt.
