How to Donate
Donation Drop-Off Hours
Monday – Sunday | 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Before You Donate
All items are reviewed for quality and condition before being accepted. Our donation associates at the back door make the final decision on all donations.
To help make your drop-off quick and easy, please review our Donation Guidelines before arriving.

Tax Receipts
Tax receipts are available upon request for donations with an estimated resale value of $300 or more.
If you require a receipt, please let the associate at the back door (or your driver for scheduled pickups) know at the time of donation.

Pickup Requests
We offer pickup services within Kingston and the surrounding area for larger donations.
All items must be reviewed and approved before a pickup can be scheduled. To allow time for processing, please submit your pickup request at least four business days before your preferred date.

What Qualifies for Pickup
Pickup is typically available for:

Large furniture (sofas, dressers, dining tables, bed frames)

Appliances in good working condition

Multiple-item donations that cannot easily be transported

Before You Submit a Request
To help us process your request quickly:

Ensure items are in good, sellable condition (no major damage, stains, or missing parts)

Have photos ready for review

Confirm items are easily accessible for safe removal (e.g., main floor, garage, or elevator access)
